Okami Header

It would be a complete lie if I said I wasn’t expecting a lot from this game. From the moment I saw the first piece of artwork, I knew I had to have this game. Then, once I saw the game in motion, I starting expecting even more out of it. What was I expecting? Well, you name it. Story, gameplay, music, etc.. And so far, after playing the game for 10+ hours, I can already tell that Okami had preceded my expectations. Let me explain without giving much away.

Sunset Horizons – The Current Generation Issues

September 16, 2006

If you’re like me, then you are probably: Impatient sometimes, smart but lazy, confused most of the time, filled with anger, and going to go insane one day. He Isn’t dead…yet.

September 9, 2006

Wow, I haven’t posted anything in a while. But I have a reason. School just started, and I have a new work schedule. I’ve had other things on my mind. Sorry ’bout that. Do not fear though. Also, Beats, Rhythms, and Tunes will be focused on generally the same thing, but something different from now on. So, if you need something to do while you wait, watch this:

Looks pretty homo on those guys. But, it’ll be cool if you could make your own graphics. I wouldn’t mind having a Emotional Face on my shirt while I pass through the halls. Anyways…Neek, out.

There can be many things that are considered to be art. In my opinion, Video Games can be a very convincing and beautiful form of art. However, I do not consider every game a piece of art. Games that gives anyone a sense of emotion is what will convince me that it is art. So, if you haven’t guessed by now, this section is about the relationship of Video Games and Art.

Anyways, there’s one game in particular that I’ve been wanting to talk about. And only a few other games have made me recieve a feeling of adventure, feelings of being a small object in a huge world, and a feelings of absolute freedom. This game is known as The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker.
